Alyssa is growing way too fast these days. She is now more active, grabs, pulls, laughs, sits up, rolls over and trying to crawl. She loves watching Evan play and especially when he plays basketball. We visited Alyssa's cardiologist on Thursday for another follow up visit. He did an ultra sound on her heart in the office. She was so patient and good for the 20 minute ultrasound, I was very surprised. They had a nice setup in the room with baby Einstein playing on a tv and a dark quiet room. After it was over the doctor explained Alyssa's hole in her heart(VSD) has now closed even more. He explained the opening is so small it can't be measured unless a "die test" is done, which he said is not necessary. He said she is showing all the signs her heart is healthy and normal. We return for another follow up visit when Alyssa is 2 years old. I'm so happy to hear this news and I give God all the Glory!
